Breaking Down Barriers to Quality Care

We know that the NDIS provides incredible opportunities, but getting your first plan approved requires the right clinical language, precise documentation, and a clear understanding of the NDIA's "Reasonable and Necessary" criteria.

Our team of NDIS specialists spends time with you to understand your unique story. We don't just "fill out forms"—we work with you to ensure your application truly reflects your needs and goals for a more independent life.

Common Questions

Is there really no cost for this help?

Correct. We provide NDIS application assistance absolutely free of charge. Our mission is to ensure everyone in our community who is eligible for the NDIS can access it without barriers.

Do I have to use Lumincare's other services if you help me?

No. This is a no-obligation service. While we would love to support you with our SIL or Community Nursing services once you are approved, you are under no obligation to choose us as your provider.

What documents do I need to start?

To start, you just need your identification and some basic information about your disability. We will then guide you on which medical reports or specialist assessments will best support your specific case.

How long does the NDIS application take?

The NDIA usually makes a decision within 21 days of receiving your access request. However, gathering the right evidence can take 2-6 weeks depending on doctor availability. We help speed this up by giving you a clear checklist.
